Data deletion

Wenzaa stores the information you give us to run your storefront, like your profile, connected social accounts and order history. Here is how to remove it.

Disconnect a connected social account

If you connected Instagram, TikTok, YouTube or another social account to Wenzaa, you can disconnect it any time from Dashboard → Storefront → Identity. Disconnecting deletes the access tokens we store for that platform immediately.

Delete your account and personal data

Email support@wenzaa.co from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We delete your personal data within 30 days of your request.

Using Facebook or Instagram?

Removing Wenzaa from your apps in your Meta account settings also revokes our access to your Facebook or Instagram data. To clear what we already store, disconnect the account in your dashboard or email us as described above.
